  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in platform engineering, system administration, or a related role. Expert proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and extensive experience with automation tools. In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and advanced cloud services. Strong expertise in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide technical teams and collaborate with other stakeholders. Certification in cloud technologies, platform engineering, or related domains. Experience with advanced CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. Advanced knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. Familiarity with advanced monitoring and observability tools.

  • Monitor and review performance and behaviors within area of responsibility to identify and resolve non-compliance with the organization's policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.

  • Design, monitor and respond to user emails to diagnose, and correct performance issues.

  • Create and maintain complex technical and/or user documentation to a high standard.

  • Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
  • f. Applications Software Maintenance
  • Monitor, identify, and correct the most-complex software defects to maintain fully functioning applications software.
  • g. Faults Diagnosis and Correction
  • Provide fault isolation and resolution for complex challenges to limit and address issues promptly.
  • h. Information Security
  • Lead in detecting and analyzing security incidents, including attacks, breaches, and identified vulnerabilities, and remediate any security gaps in line with the security incident management procedure.

  • Design distribution of complex database resources and provide physical modeling and design services to tune database applications for optimum performance.
