Responsibilities
- a. Analysis of "As Is" and "To Be"
- Document the most complex "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
- b. Data Collection and Analysis
- Make authoritative recommendations that have a significant impact on the business over the short and long term. Recommendations could be technical or professional in nature.
- c. Business Requirements Identification
- Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
- d. Requirements Management
- Plan and coordinate the identification and elicitation of requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project; and coordinate the verification of the end deliverable.
