Maintenance Assistant (Fixed Term Contract 6 months)

Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking Maintenance Assistant to support the accurate tagging, tracking, recording, and monitoring of company assets in order to maintain an up-to-date asset register, ensure accountability, and assist with effective asset control and compliance within the organization.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12.
- N3 Trade Test.
- Certificate in Data Capturing or reporting.
- Administration and Data Capturing.
- Knowledge of Building Assets such as HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and Water Management.
- Working in an Industrial, maintenance or operations environment.
- Physically tag assets and verify asset details.
- Capture and update asset information in registers.
- Assist with asset audits and reconciliations.
- Report missing, damaged, or unrecorded assets.
- Support proper asset handling, movement tracking, and documentation.
- Send weekly Progress report to Maintenance Planner.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with Managers, kitchen and dining room personnel
