• The successful candidate will have a qualified Tractor Technician trade , three or more years' John Deere technical experience , and leadership experience within a dealership or workshop environment. Previous experience coaching technicians and supporting workshop operations will be highly advantageous. Responsibilities

• Senwes Equipment is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to strengthen technical capability across our workshops while supporting Workshop Managers, technicians, and customers.
• You will act as the technical expert for your region by diagnosing complex equipment issues, providing on-site technical support, mentoring technicians, auditing workshop performance, reviewing technical reports, and ensuring workshops operate safely and profitably.
• The role also includes developing customer relationships, managing escalated complaints, promoting John Deere products and services, and supporting workshops to achieve operational and financial targets.
