Minimum Requirements

  • Trade-related qualification or technical certificate in building maintenance, construction, or a related field will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of chemicals, tools, and machinery relevant to maintenance work
  • Strong understanding of health and safety practices, including the safe handling of chemicals and equipment
  • Ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications for job cards, reporting, and checklists
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites
  • High level of reliability, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Performing general building maintenance and repair work across multiple client sites
  • Supervising and supporting on-site team members, including allocating tasks and ensuring work is completed to standard
  • Assisting the Electrical, HVAC, and Handy Man teams as required
  • Attending to site call-outs timeously, including ad-hoc repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Managing day-to-day call-outs and ensuring all tasks are tracked and completed
  • Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly site checks in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Completing all required administration, including digital job cards, reports, supplier invoices, and delivery notes
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures at all times
