Minimum Requirements

  • Display attention to detail and the ability to manage work processes.
  • Possess knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures.
  • Good client service orientation and good relationship building skills.
  • Display an analytical orientation and ability to identify mechanisms for improved service delivery.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess an understanding of the client’s business needs and the associated company delivery model.
  • Information Technology certification or a related field.
  • Relevant Supply Chain and Logistics experience.
  • Should be able to manage logistics admin and physical aspects of the job.
  • Strong background in Active Directory.
  • ITIL foundation
  • Strong Excel knowledge and experience.
  • Entry level experience relevant to the field within a large scale (preferably multi- national) technology services environment.
  • 3-5 years of worked experince in the same or similar role
  • Entry level experience in service delivery within a supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support with availability of the necessary processes and systems to enable the buying team to execute the everyday activities.
  • Assists the flow of materials, products, services and information.
  • May interact with vendors and clients and intervene when queries from these stakeholders are escalated.
  • Remains involved with the buying process by participating in the delivery of components of the process including the final resolution of problems and queries.
  • Proactively implements the necessary processes to ensure continuous client satisfaction.
  • May be involved in the pre-sales processes and/or successes to ensure growth within the assigned portfolio.
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders to assist with the creation of the best solution design for the client and develop procedures and systems for commercial supply chain projects ensuring commercial readiness.
  • Assists with any other relevant task as requested by management.
