• The Financial Manager will be the head of finance in the Poultry Group and exists to achieve the company’s financial objectives.
• The Financial Manager will be responsible for all aspects of fiscal management.
• Emphasis will be on Grain Field Chickens, as QPro Feeds have a financial manager.
• The financial manager of QPro Feeds will also report to this advertised position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, including divisional ownership of respective budgets.
• Reporting of company performance and focus areas to management and EXCO.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability. Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance and administration team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Risk Management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• New system design and implementation.
• Oversight of the financial systems (ERP).
• Business Projects, Audits (Internal and External).
• Strategic direction through analysis of financial statements.
