Minimum Requirements

• Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
• Leading, motivating, and developing team members to deliver their very best
• Assisting with staff scheduling, stock control, and daily administration
• Driving sales and helping the store achieve its targets
• Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Stepping up to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager

• A strong desire to build a long-term career in operations and progress into senior leadership roles
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory, Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Junior Store Manager role within the QSR, fast food, restaurant or hospitality industry
• Proven experience leading and managing teams
• Strong understanding of customer service principles
