Apprenticeships remain one of the most reliable pathways into these technical trades. For 2026, Bell Equipment has opened applications for its Heavy Equipment Mechanic Apprenticeship, offering unemployed youth an opportunity to train toward a recognised artisan qualification while gaining real workplace experience.
