Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematical Sciences, IT, or Computer Science.
- 5–7 years’ experience in credit analytics within a banking environment, with a focus on the credit lifecycle.
- Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and credit risk management.
- Preferred Qualifications: Honours Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Project Management.
- BSc in Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Financial Engineering.
- in Vehicle Asset Finance (VAF) is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Advanced SAS development and coding.
- Strong technical report writing capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Business Requirements & Analytics Analyse and prioritise business reporting and data requests.
- Deliver accurate and meaningful management information (MIS).
- Provide in-depth credit insights to guide strategy and decision-making.
- Develop and enhance reporting solutions using business intelligence tools.
- Design credit decision-making processes through advanced data analysis.
- Data Integrity & Process Assurance Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Guide analysts in data extraction, manipulation, and reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain data monitoring frameworks to identify and resolve errors.
- Interpret large, complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Develop SAS code and drive automation of reporting processes.
- Stakeholder Management Communicate proactively with stakeholders on reporting delivery and timelines.
- Negotiate and manage expectations on new and ongoing requirements.
- Collaborate with operational partners to improve processes and outcomes.
- Strategy Development & Reporting Support the development and optimisation of acquisition and account management strategies.
