  • Ensure work areas are left clean, safe, and tidy after repairs.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop areas in good working order.
  • Conduct basic inspections of lighting, plugs, switches, and electrical equipment.
  • Identify and report electrical faults requiring qualified electricians.
  • Perform basic checks on HVAC and air-conditioning systems.

  • Escalate major defects and technical issues appropriately.
  • Monitor and report leaks, wear and tear, and potential equipment failures.
  • Attend to allocated work orders within required timelines.

  • Record additional work requirements and outstanding actions.

  • Provide feedback on outstanding jobs and progress.
