Minimum Requirements
- Appropriate security experience.
- Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of security related prescripts, regulations, procedures and the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team as well as independently. Be responsible, diligent and ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to rotate, in different sections of security department and change shifts when required. Willingness to work shifts and be available on a 24-hour basis. A valid Driver's License.
Responsibilities
- Contract Management of private security and conduct crowd control. Monitor the patrol of buildings, parking areas and perimeter fencing and control keys and all security documents. Investigate crimes and incidents, writing reports and statements. Supervise inhouse and outsource security officers and practice disciplinary processes to the subordinates. Monitor the CCTV control room’s effectiveness and monitor the effectiveness of access and egress control.
