Minimum Requirements

• Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
• Valid Code B/EB driver’s license. Will be required to wear a uniform. Will be required to travel within the province to provide support for talent sourcing processes. Must be willing to work overtime, when required.
• Appropriate experience in Talent Sourcing. Appropriate experience in Personnel Administration. Appropriate PERSAL experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of personnel provisioning which includes establishment amendments, control and reporting. Effective and Efficient management of talent sourcing processes. Which includes advertising, selection, interview, finalization of processes and transfers. Render an effective personnel administration function. Provide an effective support function to manager and personnel.
