Minimum Requirements

  • An appropriate 3-year National Diploma (equivalent or higher qualification)
  • A minimum of 1-year relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the management of incapacity, poor performance, incarceration, legal impediment, ill-health/injury as well as incompatibility

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate processes relating to poor work performance, incapacity due to poor performance, incapacity due to ill health/injury, and operational incapacity (incarceration, legal impediment, and incompatibility) in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation
  • Systems Management and Data Integrity
