- Minimum Experience : 2 years’ relevant practical experience in an operational process plant environment.
- Mechanical/electrical experience
- Desired Experience: 4 years’ relevant energy management/operational experience of process plant
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Code 08 driver’s license
- Computer literacy in the areas of Word, Excel
- Spreadsheets), databases, statistics

- Monthly monitoring and reporting of energy consumption.
- Energy budgeting and variance reporting
- Ensure TOU system is correct and operational.
- Relieve statistician of daily and monthly duties, when not available.
- Operations statistics (opstats) programme, correct and applicable at all pumping stations.
- Daily monitoring on opstats to ensure water balance discrepancy is below 3%.
- Scrutinise opstats reports from site and circulate them by the 18th of every month.
- Ensure energy unaccounted is less than 2% in reports.
- Update efficiencies, meter readings dates, monthly on opstats.
- Co-ordinate shutdown meetings
- Take minutes at the inter-station operations meeting.
- Minimum Experience : 2 years’ relevant practical experience in an operational process plant
- environment.
