• Monthly monitoring and reporting of energy consumption.
• Energy budgeting and variance reporting
• Ensure TOU system is correct and operational.
• Relieve statistician of daily and monthly duties, when not available.
• Operations statistics (opstats) programme, correct and applicable at all pumping stations.
• Daily monitoring on opstats to ensure water balance discrepancy is below 3%.
• Scrutinise opstats reports from site and circulate them by the 18th of every month.
• Ensure energy unaccounted is less than 2% in reports.
• Update efficiencies, meter readings dates, monthly on opstats.
• Co-ordinate shutdown meetings
• Take minutes at the inter-station operations meeting.
