Minimum Requirements
- Minimum age of 30 years.
- Grade A PSIRA registration.
- Valid South African driver's licence.
- Own reliable transport (essential).
- Willing and able to respond to site after hours in the event of any security-related incident or emergency.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and manage high-risk incidents professionally.
- Valid Gaming Licence (not compulsory but will be highly advantageous).
- Liaise with casino management, law enforcement, and other stakeholders where required.
- Drive continuous improvement in security standards and operational performance.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Security Management role.
- Proven experience managing security personnel, operations, and client relationships.
- Strong investigation skills with the ability to conduct professional investigations and compile comprehensive investigation reports.
- Excellent report writing and administrative skills.
- Previous gaming/casino security experience.
- working within a highly regulated environment.
