Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce in a field related to Project Management, Business Management, Finance, Operations or a related business discipline
- Postgraduate qualification in Business Commerce or Project Management is advantageous
- 5–7 years’ experience in end-to-end project management within a complex environment
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects within defined scope, cost and timelines
- Experience managing project financials, resource planning and governance processes
- Experience engaging with stakeholders across multiple levels, including project boards and senior leadership

Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to close-out, ensuring structured delivery and successful handover into business-as-usual operations
- Drive project planning, execution and tracking, ensuring timelines, budgets and resources are effectively managed and aligned to agreed objectives
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports and governance frameworks to provide clear visibility on progress, risks and performance
- Lead cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery and strong engagement across all project workstreams
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring appropriate escalation, stakeholder alignment and resolution in line with governance standards
