Minimum Requirements

  • Must have a minimum National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent/relevant to the job, e.g. Packaging Technology/Food Science, etc.
  • Minimum 3 years’ Requirements Must have a minimum National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent/relevant to the job, e.g. Packaging Technology/Food Science, etc.
  • Minimum 3 years’ Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge and experience using SAP, MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to analyse data and information to recommend action.
  • Analyses all raw materials for non-conformities against company’s specifications and standards.
  • Liaise with raw material suppliers and drive corrective actions.
  • Submits detected non-conformities to the QA Manager, Planning and Buying in order to follow up with suppliers.
  • Carries out Audits in the Warehouse and Dispensary to ensure that GMP is adhered to.
  • Is responsible for processing material returns advice and supervises removal of poor-quality material from site.
  • Drive raw material supplier approval with supply management.
  • Ensures that all transactions are recorded on SAP daily.
  • Ensure that all raw material suppliers are compliant with required QA certification/audits.
  • Ensures that all in-bound quality checks are being done as per SOP.
  • Provide statistical data for SPC and process capability for inbound materials.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to suppliers for capability assessment, innovation execution, QMS application.
  • Manage quality stream during raw material trials.
  • Monitors packed masses on the MCOM (mass control management system).
