- Lead end-to-end CRM strategy and implementation
- Build segmented, personalised customer journeys
- Strong understanding of media strategy, planning, and optimisation (digital & offline)
- Track, analyse, and optimise performance across the funnel
- Ensure all activity is data-led and ROI-focused
- Own delivery of multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution
- Manage marketing as an internal agency (processes, workflows, timelines)
- Oversee collateral production, warehouse management, and distribution
- Ensure speed, quality, and consistency across all outputs
