Minimum Requirements

Responsibilities
- • Brand compliance and implementation
- • Manage marketing and promotional activities/ Promotional calendar planning
- • Assist suppliers/franchisees co-ordinate customer training evenings
- • Identify new business opportunity with suppliers and Franchisees
- • Resolve supplier and franchisee queries
- • Manage customer relationships through existing group structures complementing other departmental efforts
- • Manage franchisee digital platforms
- • Maintain relationship with Franchise HO and Regional Franchise Managers in each region
- • Assisting in the growth of the franchise footprint by working with RFMs and NFM.
- • Recognizing opportunities for distribution channels, services, and campaigns that will result in sales throughout the value chain
- • Working with the internal teams to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximizing revenue for the organization
- • Travel to stores across the country, spend time, coaching and training.
- • Liaise with Sales and Marketing on promotional opportunities.
