Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven experience in data entry and record management

- 5–10 years' experience in an administrative or project support role

Responsibilities
- 5 to 10 years experience Coordinating project schedules, timelines, and key milestones, ensuring all deadlines are met and communicated effectively to relevant parties
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and filing systems in both physical and digital formats
- Organise and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes for distribution to stakeholders
- Support project managers with administrative tasks including correspondence, report preparation, and data compilation
- Track and monitor project budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation, reporting variances to project leadership
- Liaise between project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, providing regular status updates and reports
- Manage project resources, equipment, and materials, ensuring availability and proper maintenance
- Ensure compliance with organisational procedures, policies, and project governance requirements
- Provide clerical support including typing, filing, scheduling, and general office administration
