Ux / UI Designer – Momentum Insure

Role Purpose The role will monitor and enhance user satisfaction across systems and digital platforms by improving usability, accessibility, and overall user Requirements Qualifications : Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related design field.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related design field.
• 2-5 years of Experience . Collaborate across teams to translate business and user needs into intuitive, engaging design solutions that support Momentum Insure’s strategic objectives. Competencies Skills required: User research and usability testing.
• Wireframing and prototyping.
• Information architecture.
• UX writing and documentation.
• Visual communication and stakeholder facilitation.
• UX design principles and frameworks.
• Persona development, storyboarding, and journey mapping.
• Interaction design and information architecture.
• Design tools such as Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to confirm business objectives and define user goals and flows.
• Build wireframes and convert them into functional prototypes.
