Minimum Requirements

• Matric or equivalent
• RE (regulatory exams) compulsory
• At least 2 years sales Experience , knowledge, and insight preferably within a Commercial Sales (specific to short-term insurance) advice giving role.
• Must have an excellent sales track record.
• Attitude/passion towards service excellence
• Clear disciplinary record
• Must be driven, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure.
• Ability to execute and deliver results.
• Excellent computer skills
• Uncompromising approach towards service excellence and the ability to work in a fast paced and results orientated environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the role and the company
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to interpret and provide advice on Commercial insurance cover.
