Product Head (Small Enterprise)

Job Description To set strategic direction and oversee the end-to-end product development process within a specialist team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering innovation through effective leadership and collaboration.

Minimum Requirements

• More than 10 years in financial services
• Product, Acquisition and Platform Experience preferred.
• A relevant Bachelor's degree is required. Postgraduate qualification (Honours or Master's degree) will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
• Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members.
• Implement and maintain sound business processes that minimise risk and deliver quality requirements specifications.
• Manage designated product development projects from inception to final execution, including post implementation evaluation.
• Initiate and manage market research, data mining and quantitative analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth.
• Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies.
• Manage own development to increase own competencies.
