Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ proven experience in selling digital advertising products and services is essential. This is a non-negotiable requirement and represents a critical area of expertise for success in this role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen – understands ROI, marketing metrics, and client business drivers.
• Presentation skills – confident in presenting proposals, pitches, and marketing strategy
• Resilience & adaptability – can thrive in fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
• Industry understanding around emerging technologies like AI, Data – driven decision making and future of Marketing.

• As a Deal Maker on our team, you will proactively identify and pursue high-value opportunities by setting clear revenue targets, cultivating strategic relationships, and building a robust network of prospective clients and partners.
