Pricing and Systems Analyst - Air Operations

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial analysis—preferably within air freight, logistics, or transportation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with solid business and commercial acumen.
- Proven pricing knowledge and capabilities, ideally supported by a finance background.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organisation.
- Proficiency in pricing and operational systems; experience with ERP or finance systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage.
- Strong ability to translate customer needs, market dynamics, and business opportunities into pricing and system solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to Air Operations or Air Freight pricing is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, capacity dynamics, and cost structures to drive air freight pricing and profitability decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Air Product and Commercial teams to define pricing strategies and guidelines aligned with market conditions.
- Identify cost‑optimization opportunities and proactively manage loss‑making shipments.
- Support Commercial, Customer Service, and Operations teams in balancing cost, recovery, and service commitments.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize pricing tools and systems supporting Air Operations.
- Ensure accurate tariff setup, cost recovery, and compliance with pricing governance and performance management frameworks.
- Monitor and review pricing performance, recommending and implementing improvements where required.
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal stakeholders on pricing tools, systems, and processes.
- Participate in cross‑functional initiatives to enhance pricing effectiveness, system efficiency, and operational excellence across Air Operations.
