Director: Provincial Government Supply Chain Management (Pt 07 / 2026)

The Western Cape Government is looking to employ a dynamic, high performing individual to effectively manage the Directorate: Provincial Government Supply Chain Management.

Minimum Requirements

• * An appropriate NQF Level 7 qualification (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• * 5 year’s middle and/or senior management experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Asset Management within the public sector; and
• * The successful completion of the Senior Management Pre-entry Programme (see paragraph 4 in notes below).
• * Strategic Management and Leadership;
• *Programme and Project Management;
• * Change Management;
• * Financial Management; and
• * People Management and Empowerment
• All-inclusive salary package of R 1 266 714.00 per annum (Level 13). Note: The remuneration package consists of a basic salary (70%) and the employer’s contribution to the Pension Fund. The remainder of the package may be structured according to your personal needs.
