Organisational Development Practitioner: Transversal Work Organisation Capacity Enablement ( various posts available)

The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a competent and qualified individual to execute and administer departmental work organisation capacity services, transversal job design, transversal organisation design, service delivery initiatives and practice enablement and development.
Minimum Requirements
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of the following: Organisational performance as they relate to the field of organisation development; Organisation development theory, practice and techniques regarding organisation design, process development and improvement and behaviour; Understanding of information systems that aid in the management of knowledge and information pertaining to the line function; Understanding of project management; Working experience with the legislation, regulatory frameworks, policies and best practices that have a bearing on the line functions; Operational management practices; Understanding of procurement and tendering processes; Recommendation None.
